Anthony McCullagh is the Managing Director of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited.  He has qualifications in Economics, Law and Accounting. He has been admitted to the Bar of the High Court of New Zealand and holds a Certificate of Public Practice as a Chartered Accountant. He is also an Associate Member of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand. Anthony has been a specialist insolvency advisor since 1989 specialising in substantial receiverships, monitoring and work-out assignments for banks and other lending institutions as well as undertaking numerous liquidation assignments. During this period he has acted for nearly all the major banks and lending institutions in New Zealand, involving the widest possible variety of assignments.
